The short version: LawJustic is legal education, not legal advice. Reading this site does not make me your lawyer — because I’m not a lawyer at all. I’m a student.

Educational purposes only

Everything published on LawJustic — articles, court case breakdowns, guides, graphics, and social media content — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

No attorney-client relationship

Using this site, reading its content, or contacting LawJustic through any form does not create an attorney-client relationship. The founder of this site is a student, not a licensed attorney.

The law changes — and depends on where you are

Laws vary significantly between states, and they change over time. Court decisions get revisited, statutes get amended, and what’s accurate at the time of writing may not stay accurate. Every article is researched from primary sources such as Oyez, Cornell Law School’s Legal Information Institute, and official .gov publications, and each includes the sources used — but no guarantee is made that content is current, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.

If you have a real legal problem

If you’re facing an actual legal issue — a charge, a lawsuit, a dispute, a deadline — talk to a licensed attorney in your state. Many offer free consultations, and every state has a legal aid organization for people who can’t afford one. Your situation deserves real, personalized counsel, not a website (not even this one).

Limitation of liability

LawJustic and its founder are not liable for any actions taken, or not taken, based on the content of this site. You use the information here at your own discretion and risk.
