Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

The short version: this site collects as little as possible, sells nothing, and treats your information the way I’d want mine treated.

Who runs this site

LawJustic (lawjustic.com) is an independent legal-education website. For anything privacy-related, contact us through the contact page.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you use the contact form, submit a question, or (in the future) subscribe to the newsletter, we receive what you send — typically your name, email address, and your message. It’s used only to respond to you, answer your question, or send the newsletter you signed up for.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site’s hosting and software may automatically log standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring pages — used for security and to understand how the site is used in aggregate. This site may use cookies for basic functionality; you can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don’t share it with third parties except the service providers that make the site run (such as web hosting and, in the future, an email newsletter service), and only for that purpose.

Newsletter

When the LawJustic newsletter launches, subscribing will be optional and every email will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Your choices and rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — just reach out through the contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA (California) or GDPR (EU), and we’ll honor reasonable requests regardless of where you’re from.

Children’s privacy

This site is written for students and young adults, but it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, when the newsletter launches — this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
